• Coordinate LifeSize product Homologation in Asia-Pacific countries such as China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, India, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Indonesia etc
• Monitor existing certifications and insure renewals and audits are processed in a timely manner
• Evaluate and select outside test labs for completing the testing of Lifesize products
• Establish relationships with the test lab: drive testing schedules and activities, provide data, maintain paperwork, required reports, schedule reviews
• Travel to test labs as needed to provide onsite engineering support, including debug of EMC, Safety or Telecom issues when required.
• Manage shipping and paperwork processing logistics
• As time permits provide post sales product support to selected Lifesize customers
• Learn how to operate Lifesize products and be come proficient debugging setup problems and installation problems
• Learn how to retrieve diagnostic information and communicate to the Support team
• Work with Lifesize Support and Engineering teams when problems arise to identify fixes

Requirements

• Requires 5 years experience in regulatory telecom certification applications and compliance
• Must be familiar with PSTN POTS and ISDN interface testing and certification
• Able to work independently to get international approvals
• Able to run product-level software and diagnostics during
• Working knowledge/experience with telecom standards and agencies applying to products shipped worldwide
• Able to travel in all Asian countries
• Foreign language skills are a must, especially English and Chinese Mandarin
• Experience testing to CISPR22, CISPR24 and IEC/EN60950 is required.
• Experience with ETSI TBR21, TBR3 and TBR 4 is desired.
• BS Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or related field with relevant knowledge in telecom interface design and testing techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Results-focused, team-oriented and a strong work ethic
